Kyle T. Osborn, Associate





Kyle T. Osborn was born and raised in Pearland, Texas. As an undergraduate, Mr. Osborn worked for the Department of Psychology at Texas A&M University. During his time as an undergraduate researcher, Kyle conducted research on jury decision making and personality assessments, which led him to consider becoming an attorney. After graduating summa cum laude with a B.S. in psychology and a minor in philosophy, Mr. Osborn worked as an administrative assistant at Rusty Hardin & Associates, L.L.P. in Houston, Texas. After a year at the firm, Mr. Osborn decided to attend law school. 

While in law school, Kyle competed in the Hutcheson Moot Court Competition and was a member of the mock trial team. In addition, Mr. Osborn was a staff editor for the TEXAS JOURNAL ON CIVIL LIBERTIES AND CIVIL RIGHTS. Kyle started as a law clerk at CANTILO & BENNETT, L.L.P. as a second-year law student. In 2017, Mr. Osborn received his J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law. Upon graduation, Mr. Osborn accepted a position as an Associate at CANTILO & BENNETT L.L.P., and works on receiverships in multiple states.
